PRODUCTION PROCESS
L’Atelier Inox designs and creates your project using as a base sheet or profiles made of full body stainless steel. The sheets or profiles are treated by cutting, slitting, bucking and laser cutting machine, and then we shape it. Our company uses a tube and metal sheet bender, and a folding press 80T. 2.5m. Concerning the assembling, we use the TIG weld, which is really thin and resisting welds, that requires great experience. L’Atelier Inox proposes you several types of finishing for stainless steel:
- Brushed finish RA220 (satin)
- Swirl finish RA80 MAT (anti-scratch)
- Random effects at your choice
We also provide an aesthetic experience, according to the material we use.
